This feat is such a disaster. Jeez of the Seas that's a lot of extra damage that terribly skews encounters in a bad way for balancing anything against. Without a total overhaul from the barest of the base idea, this isn't feasible. Sandbox this until you figure that out. In no setting I've seen is this reasonable. Plus, ugh, those extra bludgeoning calculations. Keep a calculator on had for those attacks that are all nonlethal and bludgeoning, 'cause that's like, what, if two-handed maybe 230% damage or maybe 270% I'm not really sure, it isn't written well enough to figure that out either.

I agree with Ghostwheel here. It also very much not Moderate.

Edit: As Ganteka put it, it bad on all level of play. Additionally adding more prerequisites never solve anything.

Straight damage increase of 50% against most creature types? Degenerate feat which is boring and increases nothing but vertical power.
