Blinded for 73 Rounds

There are barely any situations where people can reasonably keep track of durations that long with that precision without spending significant extra (real) time thinking it through. Since you're not using the modified value after resistances anyways, and 20d6 almost always rolls really close to average, why not simply blind for 7 minutes?

Yeah, the original intention was to just have the dazing and dazzling, and then I decided I wanted to have something in between. I was starting to regret it when I saved the page, so I'll just take the blinding out. --Luigifan18 (talk) 22:30, 5 December 2012 (UTC)
