1 minute casting time? 300 foot range that still requires line of sight and line of effect? This is almost never as good as casting 10 SoDs and 10 Quickened SoDs instead.
It would probably be cool as a 1-round action or 2-round action, though; people can counter it easily with walls of stone, fast move speeds, teleportation, etcetera, but at least then they would actually have to react. --Foxwarrior (talk) 07:17, 22 November 2012 (UTC)
