I wanted to say automatic, considering it only happens on a natural 20, but that could lead to shenanigans of low level scrubs getting rid of an epic spellcaster's barrier of solidified awesome. So now it's a dispel check on a successful standard action attack.

Also took the liberty of changing some other things around, since this is an old article that is somewhat out of tune with the regular value for money one would expect from such a material. --Sulacu (talk) 23:21, 29 February 2016 (UTC)
