How does this work?

I don't understand how the -2 could apply here. Say you make a full attack, then as a swift action use this. You already made the attacks, so they can't be at -2. Surgo (talk) 19:57, 27 August 2017 (MDT)

You'd have to choose to do it beforehand, it's supposed to be "you get flurry of blows" basically.
