Check Mechanics

How does the attacking penalty work out with this? Does it apply as soon as you make the attack, reducing your previous check? Does it apply to future checks made in the round?

Can you take your free action hide check and your "part of a move action" hide and/or move silently check in the same round if you don't like the result on the first one and you have the action to spare? - Tarkisflux ^Talk 16:32, 2 August 2012 (UTC)
