Since this is a half-saiyan with the potential of being ECL 1 (if without tail), suggest reducing Oozaru form size bonus to just powerful build. Powerful build alone is significant for a LA 1 (but would be OK). Being able to go up two sizes is not appropriate for a ECL 1 or 2.--Franken Kesey 14:48, 29 May 2019 (MDT)
