Despite it being a bit longer than I'd like... it actually very good and usable. Good job.

A solid risk-reward maneuver. Since this is supposed to be Judo-style redirection, I'd have liked to see the initiator able to use either Dex or Strength on the grapple check.

I'd also have simplified the 2nd paragraph and made it so that use of a held reach weapon simply means that the charging opponent can choose to simply release the weapon rather than being flipped with it (like choosing to drop a weapon on a failed trip attempt). It accomplishes the same thing, but you only have to use one combat maneuver mechanic instead of two. Changing those things would definitely bump this up to a Favorite, but this is still nice as currently written.
