I see you fixed this from being Low, which is good, but it still possesses the bag of rats problem. Making it temporary/nonstacking will do the trick. The worst you can do with that is have free 1st level unaugmented powers. Heck, if you do that you can simplify the process and be a simple check: "Did you take at least 1 point of damage this round? You have a temporary PP."

I suppose you could up the limit on how high the temp PP goes but this is dangerous so I do not advise it.

We don't need power point restoring exploits in the game. Oh no, fast healing 1 plus an angry rat should not mean going back at full power points.

Suggestion[edit]

Instead of making this more and more complex, instead go for temporary power points which last a minute. So basically something like that:

Whenever you take damage, there is a 50% chance that you gain a single temporary power points. These temporary power are cumulative, up to 1 + half your level and last for 1 minute before vanishing.

Also make it high or something, nothing that allow power point recovery or temporary power point can ever be low. --Leziad (talk) 12:17, 20 October 2018 (MDT)
