Eh, could be an option. Miniaturized Blast (can't think of a good name for it) already kind of does that since it takes Improved Precise Shot which gives the soft cover to AC removal. If it is used instead of Point Blank Shot, I'd use charisma bonus instead of dex bonus and put it at high fighter level. Havvy 07:52, June 17, 2010 (UTC)
