Bardic lore is pretty strong, as is the drawback. And you can theoretically cancel out the drawback through the use of flavor, something that I wouldn't condone. Makes it kinda problematic. --Ghostwheel (talk) 10:18, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
- Well bardic lore only on creature should be balanced since you don't have place and people which make the bulk of it. I made some changes that SHOULD clear it up. --Leziad (talk) 10:26, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
