Too Powerful for its level[edit]

A whole two miles per casting, and the effect is pretty damn quick. It can be used to route armies or destroy civilization on a level above even control weather. You can turn their farms into wasteland, their hills into swamps, etc. Unlike control weather, this instantaneous spell cannot be dispelled or countered once it starts and it damage are much harder to repair. Control weather is also limited to the local weather, so no blizzard in a tropical location.

This feels like a level 9 spell, massive terraforming like that should not be available at level 13. Maybe if the area was in feet, then it would take a while to terraform a desert or destroy a civilization. Right now it does too much, too quickly and too permanently. I would recommend reducing the area to a few hundred feet at most and place a limit on the terrain based on local weather and climate. --Leziad (talk) 17:14, 17 May 2021 (UTC)
