Honestly starting to think you just look at a feat, see something you don't like and immediately hate it. If you took any amount of time to look at the feat you would realize that it does not grant you Air walk, It simply acts like Air walk giving you a opportunity to cross a small distance. 50ft is a small distance, and that 50ft is if you have a move speed of 100, the normal person only has 30ft meaning they can only travel 15 feet using the ability. --Furhammer (talk)
- It's not that hard to regain/expand ki points. Even without those, being able to float for even a few rounds (since in D&D, most combats are over in 2-3 rounds) is huge at low levels, especially for archer types that effectively have full BAB. --Ghostwheel (talk) 23:02, 1 December 2016 (UTC)
- How does it require building heavily? A single archetype and feat is all you need, beyond that you build normal archer with the immense power that the Zen Archer gives. --Ghostwheel (talk) 23:19, 1 December 2016 (UTC)
- As in to get alot of effectiveness out of the feat, to break the feat the user would need a massive Ki pool to remain in the air. What I am getting at is you are looking at such a small detail in the feats I have posted, 2 were justified and fixed. If you do not have a fair rating or justified complaint about a feat please refrain rating things I post and either block or re-evaluate your previous ratings. --Furhammer (talk)
- I have no problem changing my other ratings (though it's more the job of the actual content creator to do that), but as far as this feat goes, I don't feel as though my concerns have been addressed to my liking. That said, I'll go back and fix the other ones. --Ghostwheel (talk) 23:36, 1 December 2016 (UTC)
- I would gate it behind at least 6 levels of monk, or 6+ BAB. That way it comes online at around the same time as the Fly spell and the like. --Ghostwheel (talk) 23:48, 1 December 2016 (UTC)
→Reverted indentation to one colon
- That would still allow an unchained monk or fighter who grabs the feat to have the same problem before anyone gets access to fly, which still isn't a positive thing in my book. Still, it justifies changing the rating. --Ghostwheel (talk) 00:03, 2 December 2016 (UTC)
