As an idea, rushes expand the excellent rulesets of Tome of Battle. I did have to clean this up (a lot) to get it presentable and understandable past implied meaning, but I'm favoring the original idea.

This is a cool little add-on to one the best things Wizards probably ever made. Now you can finally use all your actions in the action economy, which provides an interesting conundrum when deciding what maneuvers to take. I liked it so much that I made a few, and I strongly approve of its use.
