To nip the martial bit in the bub and it's inevitable comparision to the scimitar, I factored in the inability to 2-hand and the lower hp as downsides to justify the 18-20 rather than 19-20. Mostly the inability to 2-hand. Anyway, enjoy. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 08:33, 7 November 2013 (UTC)

While I get the reference of the sword itself and enjoy it, and I feel for the most part that this would be good in a vacuum, at the very least I would put in a clause that the Dex bonus to damage doesn't stack with things like Shadow Blade.
That said, saying that you can't wield it two-handed is a downside is a very poor argument as only dex-based characters are going to take it, and they're virtually never going to even want to wield it two-handed as most dex-based characters work best as two-weapon fighters.
Also for enchanted versions, is the blade or the hilt enchanted? (Guessing the latter, since the blades are replaceable.) --Ghostwheel (talk) 10:30, 7 November 2013 (UTC)
I'll add a stacking clause. As for the sword, the blade is enhanced, but note the discount only applies to the mundane part of the blade. So good for having cheap more than one cold iron, adamantine, etc, but a +1 is still +2000 gp. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 20:49, 7 November 2013 (UTC)
