Multiclass feats are always fun. I kind of wish this one found some way to combine their abilities together, though. As is, it's a little like Daring Outlaw – it's good enough, just not hugely memorable.

The part I dislike about Daring Outlaw is that it makes further levels in rogue non-viable since the swashbuckler gets sneak attack with full BAB. Helping multiclass is good, but not to the point where it makes classes redundant in my opinion. Does this make the shadowcaster redundant if you just take more warlock levels? Are you losing anything important since you're effectively getting the "spells" of the shadowcaster as part of the progression if I'm reading it right? --Ghostwheel (talk) 13:22, 11 December 2016 (MST)

Actually, DanielDraco, it's a prerequisite for a Shadowcaster + Warlock prestige class I have had in the works for weeks now and haven't had the energy to work on. It includes a shadow familiar and a new invocation. Here are the links:
Invocation: Shadow Slip
Familiar: Duskwalker
As for you, Ghosty, it doesn't stack for invocations or mysteries known beyond the Fundamentals, which are Shadowcaster's cantrips, basically. However it does advance the caster level and such, as well as the other class features of both classes. Helps make up for things lost in those +1 Existing Class PrCs.
