Sulacu got it right, the SR only applies to the cold damage, but not the piercing damage.
Sadly Luigifan18 you're right, the fluff/effect are backwards, the damage order is piercing damage first, then cold damage being cause/effect. While the fluff/order/reference is from Yu Yu Hakusho's Ice master Toya, creating the frozen shards in his palm, then shooting them. not too sure on how to fix this atm. wanna give it a try?Snafusam (talk) 18:02, 17 December 2017 (MST)
