	I like it, but the 1 minute duration is a bit mysterious, making it hard to make an appropriate contingency. Wouldn't it be better to have it have unlimited duration, but put the 1 contingency at a time clause? Right now, you could theoretically stack 9 effects, walk into a room, and mass spam all at once. and now its corrected.
