| I like this. It is comparable to a scroll of dimension door, though with a slight bump in cost to reflect the difference in action requirement. What really intrigues me are the interesting combat applications of something like this. It has a place as an expendable, single-use item, but I think it would be interesting to have recharging variants as well. There's also a question I have: if I fire it as the side of a mountain and the arrow bounces off the rock, does this contact trigger the teleportation, or would it occur once the arrow ceases to move after falling to the ground?
