| While I agree with the concept of having meleers reduce MAD, I feel like the bonus to weapon damage is given too late even with the use of whatever weapons you please. I think it gets outshone by other Tome Combat feats and is perhaps one of the least awesome ones around, which is sad considering the company it's in. |

| Finally, a way for Dex users to not have to take it in the ass to deal decent damage without resorting to sneak attack. Oh, and a way for melee guys to be less MAD. |
Comments[edit]
You have to wait until 11th level (on a full BAB class) to add Dexterity to damage. Later, if you dip something three-quarters or are even mostly built that way. The convenience of not having to take a second feat (e.g. Shadow Blade) is undeniable, but you still take it in the ass for the ten levels most games are played at. -- Jota 03:28, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
- Even with Shadow Blade, it's not as simple as that. Shadow Blade gives you a very limited set of choices for weapons, and even Weapon Finesse (the SRD one) gives you a quite limited choice as well. With this feat, I can use Dex on attack rolls with whatever damn weapons I want. Which is also quite important, because as I said, it makes melee dudes less MAD. - MisterSinister 04:41, 7 July 2011 (UTC)
