Alright, so I found this languishing in my notes from 2011 and thought "Hey, I should just format this and post it because it certainly isn't getting any better sitting here in a .rtf file.", so here it is. I considered adding Use Magic Device as one of the skills for class skill always-ness, but people get rather touchy about that so I held off. The main reason I never posted this originally was that I couldn't strike a good balance between who would take this trait.
