Targeted Cloaking [Racial]
Prerequisites: Microforged Conglomerate, DodgeBenefit: You may make yourself invisible to your currently declared Dodge target. While you are invisible in this way, you get a -10 penalty to Hide checks against other creatures.
Balance: You can reduce Targeted Cloaking to the Rogue balance point by gaining the ability to hide while observed by the Dodge target, without cover, instead of being invisible.
The Fighter-level version just gives a +10 bonus to Hide checks against the Dodge target.
