Terrifying Animatronic Pizza Mascots (3.5e Monster)/Jumpscare

Jumpscare (Ex): All 4 5 Terrifying Animatronic Pizza Mascots share the ability to sneak up on a victim, only to suddenly pop up in their face and scare the pants off of them with an ear-rending screech. Whenever a Terrifying Animatronic Pizza Mascot finds itself in a position where it would be able to make a sneak attack on somebody, it may use a standard action to shriek at its victim while appearing from out of freakin' nowhere, forcing the hapless victim to succeed on a Will save (DC is Charisma-based) or fall unconscious for 10 minutes from sheer fright. On a successful saving throw, the victim panics for 1d4−1 rounds instead. This is a fear, mind-affecting, sonic effect. The effect is only partially sonic, and if the sonic component is nullified (such as by a silence effect or the victim being immune to sonic effects), the victim gets a +8 bonus to their saving throw.
