"How could she forget Kurihara's action against her people... how could she.... remember."
This power completely wipe the memory of it victim, leaving them with total amnesia. If the target of this fail it Will save she forget her name and memories of any person or event she knew. She retain any basic knowledge she require to live (breathing, sleeping, walking) as well as her some of her own abilities. She also retain her personality, although all of it context removed. The target become indifferent toward every creature, although this is only initial attitude and quickly adjust.
If the target had any maneuver known, spell known or power known (or similar abilities) she immediately forget all of them except one random for each level she is capable of using. She randomly regain access to one maneuver, spell or power known each day until she remember all of them. If the target was a prepared spellcaster she loses all her spells prepared but do not lose the ability to prepare more later. This otherwise do not affect the creature's abilities to fight.
The target automatically fail any Knowledge checks until she can can study. She require 1 day of study for each rank of each knowledge she has, essentially slowly rebuilding her knowledge base.
This power may only be reversed by the use of a psychic chirurgery or reality revision power, even then an opposed manifester level check is required. If the check fail the manifester may not attempt to reverse the power until she gain a level.
Augment: For every 2 additional power points you spend, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
