This spell takes two forms: it may be used to target either a body of water or an individual living creature.
Water Body: You may use this spell to permanently transform up to 10 cubic feet of water per caster level into acid. This follows all normal rules of acid exposure. If the water body is too large to be turned entirely into acid by this spell, the acid is diluted every round, halving the damage dealt and reducing the DC for the Fortitude save against Constitution damage by 1 (each to a minimum of 0).
Individual: The caster may alternatively use this spell to target a single living creature with a discernible anatomy, which is forced to make a Fortitude save or die as all the water in its body is transformed into acid. A successful save indicates that the target is able to purge some of the acid from their system, instead taking 1d6 points of damage per caster level. This is not a death effect, and even ignores acid immunity unless the creature in question doesn't have a discernible anatomy (like an ooze).
A creature slain by either of these effects has their entire body dissolved into acidic goop, preventing revival by any means that require remains.
