Umbrella[edit]
Umbrellas are handles equipped with a spreading skeleton of wood or metal, with waterproof fabric webbing in between. This stops the fall of rain from reaching the head of its wielder when unfolded, keeping them dry. Umbrellas are held in one hand, and become difficult to use in wind; you are treated as one size category smaller while using an umbrella, and if you fail saves against wind effects the umbrella will invert itself, becoming useless until you can take a full round action to fix its orientation.
Umbrellas come in a variety of shapes and styles, usually with colorful patterns on top. They are made of wood, fabric, and metal and weigh 1 lb. They cost 7 gp.
