Demon Born

Thousands of years ago, a group of adventurers was hunting a demon in the wilderness. The demon had escaped from the lowest levels of the abyss and had come to terrorize all mortal beings. The unknown demon had destroyed their home town in one of his rampages, and they wanted to fulfill a vendetta.

But the demon was ready for them.

As they approached a cave system that the surrounding creatures had told the adventurers of, the demon was preparing to engage them. They entered, and he struck.

One of the adventurers was killed immediately as he screamed in fear, and as his friends gasped in horror the demon resurrected him, and ordered him to "Attack those worthless scum behind you..."

The man turned around, casting his now cold gaze on his former friends. The adventurers didn't feel any fear, but that wasn't the worst part.

The man said "Heya, did'ja miss meh?" He grinned maniacally, and charged.

Since the time of the first Demon Born, their numbers have been rapidly growing, but their intentions vary as much as their physical characteristics. most don't want to kill anyone unneccesarily, but they will if it is the only way for them to survive, which it sometimes is.
