Okay, what do we have here. At level 11 you can now win any combat against any creature with a heart, because this is at will and target selective. Every round you use this, target goes prone and takes untyped damage. Since this isn't a sonic ability as written, you can't even silence it maybe? Nor is it listed as supernatural or anything. Also this should have a balance rating. Also, the title should be in title case. There are a lot of problems here. The lack of clarity certainly doesn't help on what things are defined as. Is this a spread or an emanation or what? Since not hearing it doesn't matter, does it work through walls? Right now it reads like it does. This should be sandboxed and revised. There's probably a workable idea in here, but an overhaul is in order.

Alternate Title: Why does my bard have so many Mass Save or Dies?

A song which kills you is almost workable, but not 20+ times a day in a wide area at such low level. NOPE.

Wail of the Banshee at level 11 is not good.

A bard death area effect at such a low level is a bad idea. Plus it causes damage even if creatures succeed their save.
