+10 racial ability bonus — are you for real?!? Balance isn't typically my top concern when I design or rate something — I'm more concerned with fun — but even I can see that this is nuts!

See other denizens.

As all the "Denizen of X", it's both unusable and uninteresting. If it was one or the other it could probably be okay, as there's plenty of stuff that falls into one of those camps, but with both it's completely useless.

The least offensive of the denizens so far, this is still pretty bad. I am amused at the idea of entering their home and re-arranging their socks, breaking their mind and driving them into lunacy for a week.

That, and when I read the name area the first thought was "For some reason a lot of denziens this generation are named Harry Potter, Justin Beiber, and Dragon Ball Z. For some reason the kids naming themselves after their influential sources as a kid turned out to be a bad idea."

Ugh. Short version: This is unplayable and lopsided.
To paraphrase the point of their appearance: Exactly like a human, except for all these big differences. So, it's got a little flavor… that's boring. It gets massively lopsided ability scores and… isn't proficient with anything. Enjoy taking -4 on your attack with a club out of the box with this guy. At least he can take a beating and basically succeed any plausible Fortitude save thrown at him and also stand still really well. This brings nothing fun to the table. Ugh. At least this one actually mentioned where it originated from.
