Xin'Aean, The Flower - Elemental

A constellation of plants, poison and life.

Spring's verdant kiss marks the beginning of life anew, but some flowers are as deadly as they are beautiful and life-giving. This constellation represents life via green, growing things, and both the medicine and toxins that can be derived from them.

Manifestation[edit]

The Ascendant's eyes shift to solid, glowing orbs of vibrant shades of pink and green, and their hair changes color and shape to resemble vines (If long) or grass (If short). Their skin takes on a green-gold hue and seems iridescent, as if covered in a fine layer of glitter. The Ascendant's blood is also a thick, deep green. Resting about an inch from their brow rests a glowing outline of Xin'Aean itself, with gold tracery showing the outline of the flower while bright points mark the locations of the actual stars.

Sister Sign[edit]

Ky'Pries, The Scythe

Passive Ability[edit]

While embodying The Flower, you gain the benefits of the Plant type, except that you are not immune to Mind-affecting effects. In addition, you have vulnerability to Cold, and a Natural Armor bonus to AC equal to your charisma modifier, with a maximum equal to your class level. Finally, while standing in sunlight, you have Regeneration 1, which is overcome by Negative Energy and Cold damage, and damage dealt by Cold Iron weapons.

Sidereal Blast[edit]

Your Sidereal Blast deals Poison damage, and forces targets struck to make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + 1/2 class level + Charisma modifier) or be Sickened for 1 round per point of Charisma modifier. On a critical hit, the target must instead save or take 1d4 Constitution damage (Creatures immune to poison are immune to this Con damage) and are Nauseated for one round in addition to being Sickened.

Void Ward[edit]

During The Flower, your Void Ward grants the target resistance to Poison damage equal to five times the AC bonus granted by the ward. Additionally, the target gains Regeneration 0 while standing in sunlight (Overcome by Negative Energy and Cold damage, and damage dealt by Cold Iron weapons), and the Druid's Woodland Stride class feature.

Astral Mark[edit]

The Fast Healing bonus of Astral Mark is doubled while the target is in an area of sunlight, and the target heals 1 point of ability damage each round for every 5 hit points the Astral Mark heals them that round. Additionally, targets are immune to poison for the duration of the Mark, as long as the saving throw DC of the poison effect is equal to or lower than 10 + 1/2 your class level + your Charisma modifier. Finally, the target casts [Healing] spells and abilities, as well as spells and abilities that affect plants or poison, at +1 caster level for the duration.
