Incarnum Visor [Incarnum]
Prerequisites: Meldshaper Level 5thBenefit: You can invest essentia into this feat. As a move action you can create or dismiss a scanner made of incarnum as a visor around your head. While the visor is conjured, you take a –2 penalty on AC and Reflex save, but you gain a +2 insight bonus on search and spot and a constant detect magic effect. For each point invested into incarnum scanner increase the insight bonus to search and spot by 1.
If you invested 1 point of essentia into this feat you gain darkvision 60 ft, or increase your darkvision by 30 ft, while the visor is active.
If you invested 2 points of essentia into this feat, you can replicate the effect of analyze object spell while the visor is active, however it only reveals mundane information about the subject.
If you invested 3 points of essentia into this feat, you can replicate the effect of a Ring of X-Ray Vision while the visor is active.
You gain 1 point of essentia.
Special: This feat can be adapted for Pathfinder's Akashic system, becoming Akashic Scanner and granting a bonus to Perception.
