You enhance your blast with nano-sized constructs made of eldritch energy, destroying your foes utterly. Your eldritch blast cause target to start "burning" as the small construct start tearing them apart the molecular level, eventually turning them into a pool of gore and then completely obliterating the body within 1 minute (but not it equipment). A successful fortitude save prevent the deconstructing effect, however if the fail save the effect is permanent. It is possible to halt the process with a successful casting of the heal (or more powerful effects) spell and even the the caster must succeed an opposed caster level check against the warlock.
Additionally the nanyth absorb data from slain creatures, giving the warlock all memories he target had up in the last hour of his life. The warlock can stop the deconstructing effect on any number of creature as a free action.
Special: If a warlock has the illithid or xeno bloodline she can with a 10 minute ritual resurrect any creature slain by a nanyth blast as per true resurrection, assuming the creature was not already resurrected. The warlock also receive one full day of information from slain creatures instead of an hour.
