|reason=So it's essentially a Mystic Theurge, but witha scaling bonus to save DCs. The problem with the Mystic Theurge is that it's always 1.5 spell levels behind, so attempting to fix a class with constant inferiority using a linear bonus is a little bit crazy. Aside from that, there isn't actually much to this class.

You get the dip for the crow affinity and the bonus feat and the spell advancement (all in all a nice level) and then, in my opinion, never touch it again, which is not conducive to interesting or effective class design. Every other level is a bonus feat or a skill bonus (and a small bonus at that), neither of which emphasize the vampirism or the spellcaster natures of this class. I would not only recommend adding more things, I would also suggest condensing the class considerably--probably to five levels tops--so as to make it more accessible, not such a commitment, and to save you having to think of so many things. 

Full spell advancement is not an excuse to leave the rest of the levels essentially devoid of cool things; if I wanted that I'd play a wizard. What it does do is give you is a foundation to fall back on so that you can focus on making the unique class features this gets be cool and not necessarily combat-centered, since spellcasting will take care of you in battle. Crows and ravens have lots of potential for stuff, not the least of which include horribly cliche class feature names ("It's a Murder!", "Quoth the Raven", etc.) that can be made into fun and flavorful options. On account of such things not being present, however, I dislike this PrC.

EDIT: Upon further review, I've seen that crow affinity extends beyond first level, but that doesn't change how I feel about it enough to sway my rating. It could still be condensed, added to, and the Crow Affinity progression made more clear in the class table.}}
