|reason=This is actually pretty cool, being that its extraordinary (but still counting as a +1) lets you have fancy mundane equipment like the crazy fancy-equipment wanting adventurer you know you are. Also, let's players customize their gear in a different kind of way, which is fun and opens up a lot of interesting combos and options. Probably easy to get overwhelmed with, but still. Head on down to the blacksmith and whomp up some special gears. Favor.
