Each {{Onelc|Creature}}{{5ertyac}} in the area who sees the pattern must make a {{One|Wisdom}} {{Onelc|Saving Throw}}. On a failed save, the creature becomes {{Onelc|Charmed}} for the duration. While charmed by this spell, the creature is {{Onelc|Incapacitated}} and has a {{Onelc|Speed}} of 0.
