:I have a (so far consistant) means of figuring that out. For example Quicken (+4), is worth 4 spell levels. In psionic terms, that's 2 additional PP. It's -1 level for needing a psionic focus (so +3). That's 6 PP, which is the cost for Quicken Power. But yes, not everything is transferable.
