| Ignoring the draw energy mechanic from the Ki Master base class, which is horribly broken in many ways I won't get into, this is a pretty cool spell. Everyone loves chopping heads off on a 20 and being able to have the chance to make several attack rolls. That being said, it should probably be 4th level, not 6th. |
