I have to ask - why is this not an artifact? You've listed no price for it, it is ''incredibly'' good to have, and any spellcaster with access to a few free skill points and 2nd level spells can potentially grow that stuff for commercial (or hell, personal) use. I think the item is pretty awesome ''conceptually'', but your rules implementation leaves an awful lot to be desired - on ''many'' fronts. - [[User:MisterSinister|MisterSinister]] ([[User talk:MisterSinister|talk]]) 19:53, 26 October 2012 (UTC) | I have to ask - why is this not an artifact? Slavic scholar (of game balance) chiming in
I have to ask - why is this not an artifact? You've listed no price for it, it is incredibly good to have, and any spellcaster with access to a few free skill points and 2nd level spells can potentially grow that stuff for commercial (or hell, personal) use. I think the item is pretty awesome conceptually, but your rules implementation leaves an awful lot to be desired - on many fronts. - MisterSinister (talk) 19:53, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
- The price? It's supposed to be near-impossible to find, so the price would be very high, but I don't really know any good way to arrive at a precise value. --Luigifan18 (talk) 20:00, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
