The rank 9 and rank 14 abilities are not defined. What size army? What size/type of Planar Stronghold? --Be well 21:00, March 31, 2010 (UTC)
- I think that's on purpose -- just another part of the feat's unquantifiable nature. Armies, though, actually do get some definition in Races of War. Surgo 21:06, March 31, 2010 (UTC)

Finally, some ways to give people armies and strongholds without GM fiat being required. Also, more Leadership feats are nice. |
