Needs updaes
Roll20 should probably be mentioned, but not sure under what category
Brilliant Gameologists is dead, but there's an archive here: http://bg-archive.minmaxforum.com/index.php. Most of the members from that are now on http://minmaxforum.com/index.php
Lots of the wotc website links are dead Some of those are still accessible in http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/dnd maybe, but not sure
