Once per day per level you can use detect evil at will. At will. Once per day per level. Argh.

Also, I'm not entirely convinced that you can put the Low balance tag on a feat that lets you repeatedly deal almost 2 damage per level to everyone (everyone you're supposed to dislike according to an arbitrary moral code, anyway) in a 60 foot cone.

As an Anti feat, it doesn't really have anything to do with being stupid, other than the established "Divine characters dump INT, hurr hurr hurr".
