This just makes it so everyone takes +6 LA if possible in order to be stronger on the whole. It's a straight power up that's unneeded, and at higher levels characters with LA will be objectively stronger than characters without.

Just discovered this gem! LOL, it's not even Very High. What do you need to get Very High? Unlimited free LA? Getting potentially bonus HD, RNG breaking attribute modifiers, or any of the plethora of other racial abilities at the cost of a single feat is out of bounds even for Very High. It is Unquantifiable certainly. There is nothing of value to salvage from this feat. The concept and execution are both abysmal. We are all dumber for having read it. Oppose is too gentle a word for my rating.

If you take something with level adjustment that was appropriately priced (there is some), this feat makes you unreasonably powerful by level 6 and gets more ridiculous later on.

Level adjustments range from desereved to undeserved in an extremely weird way. The solution to undereseved level adjustments is to get rid of them, if necessary on a case by case basis in your group when a PC wants to use them. The solution to good level adjustments is to not change them. Making a feat like this is going to result in a lot more people with good level adjustments being removed then the other thing. The correct place for something like this is a variant rule, and even then, a variant rule for LA should just be "use CR"
