Viewtiful Monarch Spell?

I'm not sure how to feel about adding this to the Viewtiful Monarch's spell list. On the one hand, it really makes a lasting impression on anyone who witnesses it. On the other, it does have an alignment component, which makes me squeamish about including it, and it's also a cleric-exclusive spell, meaning that it dabbles into religion - something that Viewtiful Monarchs generally don't do.
