The number of diseases in SwordSharp are semi numerous, but luckily most of them are harmless. The diseases that do harm are All in The DMG with the exception of blight spores


BLIGHT SPORES


Blight spores is a disease that when infected. The victim will begin to swell us over the course of seven days. After that the victims whole body is thicker the usual and the skin appears dark purple, imposing disadvantage on All physical saving throws, checks & attack rolls, and whenever the victim takes more then 5+ it's con bonus its skin will explode forcing it to make a DC 10 con saving throw or take 6d6 bludegoning damage, if the victim saves, then they still roll for damage yet if the damage makes them fall into 0 or the negatives they remain with 1 hp left. The spores will assemble to make a evil version of the victim. It has the same stats Is chaotic evil and is vulnerable to radiant damage and is worth 1000 exp
