|reason=It's not bad in concept, but the mechanics are poor. As it's written, it entirely wipes out any question of whether or not to power attack, and if so, how much - because past level 4 or so, you will always power attack, for the greatest value possible, seeing as it will do more damage to power attack and *miss* than if you had hit without using it. The mechanics really need to be re-thought here.

It's not bad in concept, but the mechanics are poor. As it's written, it entirely wipes out any question of whether or not to power attack, and if so, how much - because past level 4 or so, you will always power attack, for the greatest value possible, seeing as it will do more damage to power attack and *miss* than if you had hit without using it. The mechanics really need to be re-thought here.
