Eyebeams pew pew pew! Few things are cooler than staring an enemy to death.

Through augmenting beholder eyes via various magical and alchemical effects, fleshcrafters have developed eyeballs which collect energy and fire them off as optic blasts of heat. They replace the eyes of the creature, which seem to glow with a dull red light. As a swift action the user can fire two rays of heat from their eyes as per scorching ray as a supernatural ability. Both beams must target the same creature, dealing 4d6 fire damage each. The user can fire beams once every 1d4 rounds out to a range of 40 feet.

The glowing eyes are visible in the dark, invoking a -2 penalty to Hide checks unless the user closes their eyes (rendering them blind).

Laser Eyes function only when applied to living creatures; applied to non-living creature and they rot away over the course of 2d4 days. During construction, spells are employed to energize the eyes, but once applied it is forever a mundane part of the creature.

Graft Flesh (Any), scorching ray; Price 36,000 gp
