Though Destrudo loves nothing more than to delve into combat and experience the joy of wanton slaughter, he is actually of sound tactical mind.  His attacks are planned, often with allies, backup plans, and the right equipment for the job.  And if the equipment happens to be explosives, hijacked vehicles, and hostages all so much the better.  When not engaging in tactical combat, ambushes, and sneak attacks he prefers striking at many targets at once with Whirlwind Attack, only focusing on troublesome targets if they prove a problem.  He is not afraid to employ Suicide is Painless to escape, for he can die 1000 times but the memory of him murdering your grandmother will remain with you for life.

'''Demon Shotguns {{Su}}:''' Destrudo can conjure demonic [[Pulse Shotgun (3.5e Equipment)|pulse shotguns]] out of mid air with normal mundane ammo as a free action, and simply choose to drop them in favor of drawing more instead of reloading.  Conjured shotguns vanish 1 round after leaving Destrudo's hands.

'''Drain Essence {{Su}}:'''  Destrudo can drain the life essence out of a recently deceased creature who has been dead no longer than 1 minute.  This is a full round action that provokes attacks of opportunity, with a range of touch.  While it does nothing for creatures of 8 HD or less other than feel good and heal hp and ability damage as if Destrudo gained a full night's rest, any creature with more HD than he has grants additional benefits.  He gains effectively 1 positive level for every CR the drained creature exceeds him (+1 attack, +1 saving throws, +1 CL and other level dependent effects, and +5 maximum hp).  He loses these positive levels at a rate of 1 per day, and positive levels from multiple creatures drained overlap, they do not stack.

If Destrudo is revived via the [[Fascade of Destrudo (3.5e Equipment)|Visage of Destrudo]], he is treated as having drained the consumed creature's essence.

Unless destroyed within a year and a day, Destrudo will simply respawn at full health at a random safe location within 1d10 miles from the mask's last location.  However it rarely gets to that.  If Destrudo coup de graces himself or dies directly due to friendly fire on his part such as in an explosion of his making, he and his mask evaporate immediately and will reappear in 24 hours.  As such Destrudo is a fan of kamikaze attacks and suicidal plans.  Even if he is not dead by his own hand waiting the full year and a day is a poor idea if you are not within the Abyss, for Destrudo exists within the abyss and would be able to command any minions and allies in his sway to recover the mask at once and find it a new host.

'''Summon Fell Chariot {{Su}}:''' As a 1 round action Destrudo summons a evil looking vehicle of iron, spikes, and maximum edge.  It behaves as a ''[[SRD:Phantom Steed|phantom steed]]'', grants partial cover, and is covered in ''+1 armor spikes'' sized for Destrudo (medium size).  It can attack on its own, using Destrudo's BAB, ability scores, and feats with its own actions, though Destrudo may only have one active at any one time.
