Both a weapon and shield, the horn helmet takes up the head body slot.  It is considered both a light and a one-handed weapon when beneficial, though it is not held in the hands at all.  Instead it effectively grants a gore attack, and is considered both a manufactured weapon and a natural attack.  Attacks with the horn helmet behave as natural attacks, granting no iterative attacks but never decreasing below -5 to attack when making more than one attack.

The horn is super effective when charging.  The horn helmet deals double damage on a charge, and is treated as a [[SRD:Lance|lance]] for the purpose of interacting with feats and abilities.

The horn helmet also acts as a shield, granting a +1 shield bonus that stacks with normal shields.

As long as the horn helmet is strapped to the head, the horn helmet cannot be disarmed.
