Necrophage titans are corpse-stitched monstrosities, consisting of the mort flesh of countless dead and clumsily hewn together, with a nucleus of powerful [[SRD:Negative Energy Plane|negative energy]] at their center that nurtures and sustains them. Shapen into bulky, vaguely humanoid forms, these relentless abominations consume fresh corpses to add to their bulk and sustain their forms and energy. Creating a necrophage titan requires base materials from thousands of corpses, crafted and tempered by the expert hands of a master [[SRD:Necromancy School|necromancer]].

A necrophage titan stands about 50 feet tall and weighs approximately 250,000 pounds.

A necrophage titan's natural attacks and any weapons it wields are treated as evil-aligned for the purpose of overcoming [[SRD:Damage Reduction|damage reduction]]. Its slam attack is naturally imbued with the [[SRD:Unholy Power (Epic Weapon Enhancement)|unholy power]] weapon enhancement.

A necrophage titan gets its [[SRD:Charisma|Charisma]] bonus as a profane bonus to [[SRD:Armor Class|Armor Class]] and [[SRD:Hit Points|hit points]] per [[SRD:Hit Dice|Hit Die]].
