It's a very huge and heavy weapon.
The  Siege Morningstar is often used by professional warriors to slay demons and big creatures and destroy ranks of opponents during a siege.

is too large for a Medium-size creature to use with two hands without penalties; thus, it is an exotic weapon: medium-size creatures with Exotic Weapon Proficiency with the Siege mannaia can use it with a -2 penalty proficient with martial weapons can use a Siege Morningstar with a-6 penalty to attack rolls.
A Large-size creature could use the Siege Morning Star with one hand, but with a -6  penalty to its attack rolls, or with two hands with -1 penalty as a martial weapon. A Large-size creature with the Exotic Weapon Proficiency feat could use the Siege Morningstar in one hand, but a Medium-size creature must use both hands even with the feat.
